A delicious tasting Non-Dairy Soya Cream Cheese. Ideal in savoury and desserts can be used in soups, dressings, pates and spreads in sandwiches, or on jacket potatoes.
If you prefer you can add some delicious fruit or purees and use it in cakes such as cheesecake or in smoothies. It can also be used as an alternative to Crème Freiche.
Ingredients: water, cold pressed natural oil blend (soybean, palm fruit and olive), maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, non dairy lactic acid, organic sugar, stabiliser (carob bean, guar, celulose, xanthan and carrageenan), emulsifier (vegetable mono and diglycerides), salt.
